Before you start
How much does the pilot cost?+
Day 0–30 is free with no commitment. If you continue, Day 30–60 is 50% off the standard rate at $199.50/month. From Day 60 onward, the standard Production plan is $399/month and includes 3 agentic assistants and 20,000 pooled runs per month. You decide whether to continue at Day 30.
Are model usage costs included?+
No. Model usage costs are separate and are not included in the pilot or Production plan pricing.
What happens to our data if we don't continue?+
If you choose not to continue past Day 30, your data is soft-deleted within four weeks, consistent with our standard retention policy. Nothing lingers and nothing gets reused.
Can either party conclude the pilot early?+
Yes. Either side can end the pilot at any point before Day 30 with no cost and no penalty. It's free specifically so there's no pressure to continue something that isn't working.
Who owns what we build?+
Amarsia owns the underlying platform and infrastructure. Your firm owns the specific prompts, workflows, and configurations built for you — and keeps them in exportable form even if you don't continue.
What do we need to provide?+
A point of contact who can make workflow decisions, representative sample documents or data (anonymized where needed), and a short weekly check-in.
Is our data secure during the pilot?+
Yes. The same security baseline as production applies: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, full audit logs, and regional data residency options. A formal Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
What if we need changes to the plan after Day 30?+
Talk to us. The Day 30–60 phase exists to refine the system based on real use — the plan can change if what your firm actually needs turns out to be different.
Do we need to sign anything to start?+
Yes, a short pilot agreement. It protects your data and IP rather than locking you in, and you're free to exit at any point through Day 30.
